Network Sales Manager (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop Agents, Advisors (A&A), and Officer Rakshaks (OR).
- Conduct field demonstrations (FODs) and product presentations for defense personnel.
- Drive business growth by meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Work closely with ORs & Agents to plan, review, and achieve sales goals.
- Identify and develop new sources for hiring ORs and A&A.
- Maintain a healthy Annual Policy Ratio and ensure adherence to company norms.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and drive engagement.
- Organize service camps at cantonments for outreach and awareness.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 year of sales experience (Agents/Leaders preferred).
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
- Other Requirements: Must be presentable
- Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
- Must be presentable and professional.
- Owns a bike and a valid driver's license (preferred).
