Profile - Network Pre Sales Manager

Location - Bengaluru

Working Days & Timings - 6 days (09:30 AM - 06:30 PM)

Responsibilities :

- Designs, Draft, Exhibit the enterprise architecture for the assigned Network and Network Security domains, and provides technical consulting to small, medium to large corporate, institutes and government organizations.

- Required to understand customer requirements and provide design consultation on the advance architecture and solutions.

- Discover the Solutions and confirm that products/solutions meet the prospect & customer & requirements and assist sales in technical qualification. Throughout the proposal process, articulate and demonstrate solutions, influence customers & technical requirements, and position products relative to the competition.

- To assist the Account Management/Sales Team in preparing solution documents and proposals, and responses to RFQ/RFP.

- Presales KRA includes proof of concept (POC), product Positioning & Presentation, Design Deployment, demonstration and technical solutions, providing exhaustive pre-sales technical consulting to prospective customers, participating in conference calls and customer visits, making technical designs and presentations, and being a technical lead on all major opportunities.

- To work closely with the Project Management & Service delivery team to ensure clarity in POC, scopes of work, and services cost analysis.

Required Skills & Experience :

- ACSP/ACCP/CCNA/CCNP will be an added advantage.

- At least 5-6 years of working experience in presales in networking and/or network security domain.

- Should have experience in managing enterprise customers.

- Excellent communications skills (spoken and written English); professional presentation skills;

- self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.

- Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

- Excellent knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routers, Campus switches, Fabric Switches, wireless access points controllers, Load balancer/Application Delivery Controllers, Global Load Balancers, WAN Optimization, Network Access Control Solutions, Network Analytics, and Firewall.

- Should have excellent knowledge in creating Bills of Material, writing Scope Documents and creating High-level Design documents along with technical solution writing skills.

- Good Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VISIO.

- Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Cisco, HPe, Juniper, Palo alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint.. will be an advantage.

- Experience in building and responding to RFP's

- Willing to travel to customer location based on requirement
