Nettechnocrats - Manager - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development manager, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of web development and mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the company.
- Identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and working with the sales team to close deals.
- Developing strategies for expanding the business, and identifying areas for growth.
- Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
- Identify new leads and potential new market for optimized research.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and markets.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
Requirements :
- Candidate must have knowledge of web and mobile apps
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills
- Candidate can handle team of BDs, email marketing
- Experience should be upto 5 years.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
- Ability to work well in a team environment
