The company is expanding its marketing operations and looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive the GTM planning and execution. The person in the role will leverage global strategies and will customize it to cater to the audience in the target markets.
- Work closely with the sales and partner ecosystem to create the field marketing strategy to drive current and prospective customer engagement.
- Identify market opportunities, leverage global approach and define the right field marketing programs for the target geos to grow pipeline momentum leveraging mix of programs like - Industry & analysts events, trade shows, webinars, digital marketing, account based marketing and customer advocacy.
- Execute a large number of offline and online events and BTL activities that help drive demand generation and brand awareness.
- Execute on event strategy, tactical plans and project manage from beginning to end including all logistics, onsite execution and post-event analysis for our participation in industry trade shows, internal sales meetings, customer and partner events
- Vendor & other associated partner management
What do you need to join us:
- The ideal candidate will have a 3-6 years of strong track record with high-growth B2B SaaS companies with proven experience in building, scaling, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to meet the demand and pipeline goals.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel within territory
- Exceptional project management skills driving parallel events across the region.
- 2+ years of event management experience within the tech/SaaS company.
- B2B marketing experience or understanding of marketing funnel, demand generation, and inbound marketing in a B2B space
- Excellent written, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to handle vendor relationships and lead negotiations
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
