We are looking for Candidates having experience in "Online Response Management" or "Social Media Analytics" or "ORM" and is passionate to always have the pulse on the brand.

Job Description :

- Hands on experience in ORM (Online Response Management)

- Hands on experience of Social Media and ORM tools.

- Should have understanding of social media platforms and the ability to grasp its key elements

- Should have the ability to identify critical social posts as well as patterns emerging from posts

- Good command over English

- Good MS Excel skills and exposure to work on Google docs

- Highly focused on project delivery

- Attention to detail and high on rigor

- Expected to work contribute individually on modules of a project

- Enthusiastic, displaying energy, drive and stamina

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Some Key aspects:

- Minimum of 2 years (max 5 years) ORM experience from a reputed place/with top brands.
