Neterwala Group - Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing & Sales (7-20 yrs)
The Core Purpose of the Role:
To ensure on continuous basis the required load to utilize the capacities at targeted prices & lead from front so as to meet the target set by actively participating in formulating the strategies for growth, identifying the opportunities, identifying the threats, motivating & cultivating team members to excel in achieving the organizations objectives. Thus also ensure high level of CSF.
Coordinate with marketing team. Marketing promotion, PR.
Maintain high level of contacts. Set up systems & policies. Market analysis, drive results & reporting.
Client Relationship Management and Competitor Information:
Develop high level of business contacts, to create major business opportunities
Continuously scan & analyse the market for competitors promotional strategies and any new developments and prepare strategies to encounter the same.
Identify the untapped potential areas
Maintaining PR
Forecasting & Strategizing for targets/Budgets:
Strategy formation & its implementation
Market Intelligence
Competitors Data
Environment Update
Sales Budget Planning:
Develop sales plans based on Key Accounts/Territory-Wise
Finalize and develop detailed budget plans for same
Assess the business potential in each client group/ industry based on client and industry data and new development chart
Assign specific sales target, volumes timelines and value specification to each person in the team.
Meeting the Budget
Management of Sales Force:
Ensure Sales & Collection target achievement as per the plan through continuous monitoring, motivating and coaching the team.
Closely monitor the productivity of sales personal through monthly, weekly and daily reports.
Promotes a healthy, performance driven work culture among the sales force.
Forecast and analyze the future sales plan and market trend
Create Systems & Processes for Follow Up and Follow Through.
Management of Exports, Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations.
Commercial Terms:
Pricing & Payment Terms:
Give inputs for development of an overall credit policy that guides client relationship in line with the organizational requirements
Negotiate final pricing with large customer and big offers based on above.
Post Sales Process, Internal Coordination and Collections.
Effective revenue generation through regulation of billing and collections monitor bills receivable and debts to avoid financial losses.
Ensure delivery of goods to customer as per contract specifications, follow up with works for the same.
Monitor/ communicate and interface between the customer and production
Ensure collections by monitoring debt statement, if required speaking to customer directly.
Reduce collections backlog by constant collections monitoring and control
Ensure compliance with the post sales process in the zone to complete collection of documentation and other requirements namely C Form.
Customer Service and Complaint Handling:
Interface with client and works to resolve product related technical complaints.
Provide an open communication channel for customers to voice their complaints and establish a reliable and practical system to resolve customer issues.
Ensure keeping a track for the complaints and closing with providing Solutions
People Management:
Inculcate a work discipline that orients people to follow process standards with highest accuracy, create an environment conducive for cooperation and harmony
Design an adaptive culture
Maintain harmonious working relationships
Forecast and plan for future manpower needs, initiate recruitment process to meet manpower needs for all sales processes
Coach, motivate and develop members to build a high performing team
Energize teams to improve productivity and work ethics.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Some with core experience in Investment Casting Industry with minimum 8 plus years experience in Marketing products of Investment Casting - Auto Products, general Engineering Products, Valves, Pumps, etc.
Candidate with Engineering background preferred.
Result oriented, good communication skills both verbal and written.
