Job Title : Cybersecurity Sales Specialist

Job Summary :
- As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales of cybersecurity products and services. This role will require a strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and solutions, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and effectively presenting and selling solutions, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers and close deals. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies, with a particular focus on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) solutions, to attain quarterly and annual targets.
- Assess and qualify prospective clients, emphasizing the integration of SIEM and SOAR skills in identifying their unique cybersecurity needs.
- Work with Business Development Managers and/or Account Executives and other individuals within the sales group to maximize revenue potential by equipping them with the relevant material (RFP/RFI/RFQ/POC responses, Solutions, Pricing, etc.).
- Experience in working with US/APAC clientele to identify opportunities to drive growth in partner accounts.
- Assist partners with day-to-day requirements such as pricing, quoting, scoping, and solution development.
- Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions to clients, showcasing how they address their specific security concerns. Must be competent in security services, understand the security market and the solutions.
- Expertly present our Cyber Security Solutions and its value proposition.
- Build and cultivate effective relationships with strategic C level IT leaders.
- Proactively advocate for customers across multiple functions within the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Strong understanding of various cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Sales acumen and the ability to understand client needs.
- Must have demonstrated experience in navigating across customer organizations to understand, ask questions, and help identify areas of growth and opportunities to help partners grow.
- Experience in working with US/APAC channel partners is beneficial and preferred.
- Must have experience in previous quote-bearing roles.
- Prior experience in Security Services, Information technology and Management Services
- Good understanding of business scenarios with solution expertise to formulate a realistic and executable strategy for Security adoption among enterprises.
- Possess blend of technology expertise across various cyber security vendors, enterprise networks, datacenter, cloud networking and Information systems security.
