Mandatory Skills : Preference from Contingent staffing business background, Familiarity with Client management performance metrics, Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skill

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work with key Regional IT Market for New clients to provide Professional Services (IT Staff Augmentation) solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction.

- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Min 6 years' of proven success in Solution sale/professional Services and client management

- Familiarity with Client management performance metrics

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skill
