NetCom Learning - Manager - Inside Sales (5-10 yrs)

Sales Manager role will be based out of our Noida center for US Shift and will be reporting into the Head of Inside sales.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is focused on sales quota attainment, rep coaching & development, has strong work ethics, and takes complete ownership of KRA's.

Sales Manager role involves:

1. Manage a team of 6 to 10 sales direct sales consultants and appointment setters

2. Help team achieve their sales quota through direct sales enrolment and appointment conversation

3. Work with existing reps & resources and work on optimizing their potential.

4. Also hire, train & develop new reps to achieve sales & appointment goal

5. Your team will be responsible for closing end to end sales deals.

6. Your team Will also generate B2B appointments for enterprise sales team

a. Team will source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

b. Work with corporate & federal clients via various call campaigns

c. Provide account penetration support to sales team

7. Hire & develop appointment setters into full fledged sales role within 3 to 6 months

8. Takes escalated calls & 2nd voice talk off- s

9. Responsible for maintaining headcount & managing performance & attrition

10. Act as a backup for Inside Sales Head

11. The Inside Sales Manager will be Instrumental in managing the Sales funnel via appointment generation.

Qualifications:

- Graduate

- Comfortable in US Shift

- Over 5 years of US sales management experience.

- Expert in US cold calling

- Currently handling a sales/ inside sales team carrying a revenue quota.

- Prior sales experience in IT training industry will be a big plus

- Closing Skills, Motivation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Passion for Inside sales

- Sales Planning, Consultative Selling, Solution Selling, Presentation Skills, High Energy Level, Meeting Goals.

- Excellent spoken and written English language skills

- Strong organizational, planning, problem resolution skills

- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills

- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously in a multi-tasking environment, as well as part of a team

- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities

- Multi-tasker with excellent Project Management Skills
