NetCom Learning - Executive - Inside Sales/Lead Generation (1-3 yrs)
- Minimum 2 yrs of US Voice Exp
- 2-8 yrs of related work exp - US Calling, Inside Sales, BPO, KPO
- Great Communication Skills
- Fluency in English
- Graduate degree
- Willingness to work in US Shift - 6 pm-3 am IST
- US Inside Sales/ Pre-Sales exp is a big plus
Schedule Sales appointments for the Sales team by managing our existing relationships and by generating new business opportunities for NetCom Learning
- Invest time in prospecting and lead generation to fuel call/ visit outcome
- Update CRM system to capture critical information for relationship management
- Review incoming leads, research and update missing information
- Audit leads to always ensure NetCom policies are adhered to
- Research account/ companies, clean up any incorrect data
- Other sales support activities will be assigned
- Develop an efficient flow of info between Solution & Service team & the client sales team
- Key aspect being the Inside Sales Consultant will be involved and be working in partnership with the Client sales team to grow the contract value of Fortune500 and Middle Market companies through scheduling key client activities and sales visits
