NetCom - Consultant - Inside Sales (2-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Schedule sales appointments for the Sales team by managing our existing relationships & by generating new business opportunities for NetCom Learning.
- Invest time in prospecting and lead generation to fuel call/visit outcome
- Update CRM System to capture critical information for relationship management
- Review incoming leads, research and update missing information
- Research account I companies, cleanup any incorrect company data
- Other Sales support activities as assigned
- Develop efficient flow of info between Solution & Service teams & the client sales team
- Key aspect of the role of the inside sales Consultant involves working in partnership with the Client Sales team to grow the contract value of Fortune 500 and Middle Market companies through scheduling key client activities and sales visits.
- Domain Worked : US Sales and B2B sales/IS for EduTech or, SAAS
- Excellent communication skills with no MTI
- Open to work in EST shift.
- 1 year of experience at least with Outbound Voice process (US BPO experience)
- Looking for stable candidate with long employment tenure in past.
- Candidates should have experience in Outbound and cold calling.
