Job Description:
1. Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
2. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
3. Coordinate efforts between SEO Team and Sales Managers and even Clients
4. Knowledge of HTML/CSS
5. Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
6. Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, FireBase)
7. Experience with Mobile First SEO Strategies
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Strong organizational and leadership skills
10. Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
11. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
12. Monitor resources, interview resources and manage KPis for each resource in team
13. Sales experience and ability to upsell customers
14. Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization . Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
15. Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
