We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our Credit Card Sales team. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Credit Card Inside Sales Executives, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team meets its targets. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in credit card sales, strong motivational skills, and the ability to inspire a team towards achieving excellence in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Credit Card Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives in credit card sales.
3. Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
4. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, banks, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for business growth.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
