NestAway - Executive - Field Sales (1-5 yrs)
Job related profile specification:-
- Relevant 1-2 years of SaaS, Fintech product sales experience in B2C, B2B channels.
- Have delivered against targets and revenue goals in previous assignments
- Good exposure to field, Offline, Online modes of selling in a given geography
- Hands on with Demos and presentations on product contour with customers
- Ability to communicate and manage multiple channel relationships and close deals
- Strong negotiation and convincing capabilities to deal with decision makers/senior profiles (MC and board members)
- Identifying opportunities and prospects by cold calling, outbound visits, online and social media channels
- Possess strong relationship management capabilities for referral /repeat business opportunity.
- Understanding the requirement and positioning Apna Complex capabilities and unique strengths against competition portfolio
- Have an experience of documentation and using CRM tools for funnel management.
Pre Selection Criteria :-
- Must have a two wheeler and good understanding of the city related geography (Mumbai, NCR, Pune, Bangalore)
- Confident, Positive attitude, go getter, field specialist with cold calling capabilities
- Proficiency in English Hindi is Must, Knowing regional languages is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and Partners.
- Comfortable to work in a 6 day a week environment, Sunday is mandatory
- Able to work and deliver in a dynamic, agile and aggressive work environment.
- Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office and CRM tools( will be an advantage)
- Immediate joining required, ability to work under pressure is needed
