Nestaway - Executive - Field Sales (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to present products or services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to pitch products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for strategy improvement.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Field Visits & Travel:
- Travel within assigned regions to meet clients in person.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
