Neptunus - Executive - Sales - Engineering/Oil & Gas (1-5 yrs)
job description :
- Drive Sales to Rs. 2 crores in 1st year, and 4 crores over 3 years for CBM, Oil Management & Engine spares offerings for land based & offshore based drilling rigs Account Development
- Acknowledge RFQ & submit quotation within stipulated time as per QMS
- Prepare quotes/proposals as & when required
- Follow up & secure orders from existing customer
- Ensure timely submission of correct invoices & follow up for timely collection of payment
- Prospect & gather data regarding the fleet status & asset status of our customers
- Grow accounts through upselling & cross selling
- Reach out to principal/vendors to get customer queries resolved
- Drive Customer Delight to 4.5 out of 5 across all Customers.
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other engineering service, Operations team members and be the face for the Customer.
Build Database of Customers to build pipeline for future :
- Maintain Customer Data in CRM software and create projections
- Provide intelligence to ops/engineering team for preparation of quote and proposals
Required Candidate profile :
Knowledge (Functional and Non-Technical) :
- 0-1 year of experience in sales- TELE SALES Will not be considered.
- Educational background - Commerce/engineering graduate
- Experience of technical sales
Skills (Functional and Non-Technical) :
- Fluent in English. Can write a 4 page grammatically correct report independently.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas, make presentations in English
