Neptunus - Executive - Marketing (2-7 yrs)
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns for Lead Generation
- Planning of the campaigns by following the template
- Timely execution of the campaigns as per the plan by using different tools/ channels -like emailers, Social Media posts, digital/physical events, etc.
- Post-campaign analytics & reporting - collating of the responses to filter out the leads & posting them on CRM
- Analysing the campaign effectiveness, learning & scope for improvement
Website & Social Media channels :
- Managing the website updates & accountability for performance matrix
- Meeting SEO objectives (on-page, off-page & technical)
- Managing social media accounts, posting relevant content, handling responses and periodic analytics
Database Management:
- Monitoring & maintaining the database in ZOHO CRM to ensure that the data is updated & relevant and sorted
- Sourcing bulk database from different sources & tools as per the - criteria- defined
- Data mining through the internet - search for a company/ individual data on the internet as per the - criteria- defined by the LM (Line Manager).
Marketing Tools Availability & Distribution :
- Maintaining inventory of essential online and offline marketing tools like brochures, case studies, PPTs, videos, etc as per marketing server guidelines.
- Ensuring easy access and availability of these tools for internal stakeholders including the sales team
- Periodic Updating of Marketing Collateral with relevant content changes and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Building basic creative templates and designs for marketing use.
Vendors, Partner Forums, and Event/ Exhibition Coordination:
- Vendor Sourcing and Negotiations for product/ services vendors for marketing activities
- Coordination and Communication with vendors, forums and event organizers for timely submissions of deliverables as per contracts. .
- For Exhibitions/ events coordination on the timely availability of collateral, display banners/ posters, on-site vendors, etc.
Experience Prerequisites:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the marketing function (where marketing is the full-time responsibility and not the add-on responsibility)
- Desirable industry - B2B products or services with at least 1-2 years of - relevant- experience
