NephroPlus - Franchise Development Manager - Enpidia (3-7 yrs)
As a Manager for Enpidia you will manage end to end activities of Enpidia Academy and focus on business development. Enpidia is a state-of-the- art training academy started by NephroPlus that churns out the finest dialysis technicians and nurses in the industry.
As NephroPlus expands across the length and breadth of India, one challenge continued to bother us - the severe shortage of trained and certified dialysis staff. At NephroPlus, guest care always comes first. It is our belief that the people who interact with and care for our guests are the most important among the entire team.
To ensure that we employ only the very best when it comes to guest care, we launched our own training academy.- Manage franchisee relations, biweekly calls, resolutions of issues.
- Follow up with franchisee for any pending receivables
- Coordinate with team to ensure that Scheduled batches start on time and exams are conducted as per schedule.
- Act as reporting manager for all trainers
- Mentor the trainers for scheduling and distribution of work
- Approve petty cash requests of the trainers
- Handle all the queries of the trainers
- Manage and initiate economical Enpidia marketing activities; Enpidia website, poster making, seminars etc.
- Approve for ordering and shipment of Enpidia related consumables, textbooks, t shirts, brochures etc.
- Assist the HR team for filling recruitment gaps and manpower shortage
- Get affiliations and renewals done with all related boards
- Take all Enpidia related decisions in co-ordination with the teammates
- Prepare and publish monthly P&L with all stakeholders
- Expand Enpidia expansion by signing up with Franchises
