Job Description

- Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies for the organization taking into aspect the our service offering, market demand and positioning.

- Expert in marketing (technical and business) content generation and devising strategies for the channels (Digital and print).

- Expert in continuous monitoring of the marketing efforts and coming up plans to measure and improve.

- Having experience in the past of doing and managing teams responsible for Website, Social Media, corporate presentations, Advertising.

- Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

- Manage website analytics and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics.

- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains competitive.

- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.

- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.

- Provide ongoing mentorship to junior team members, ensuring continuous professional development.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and share knowledge with the team.

- Lead the creation and management of high-quality content for digital channels (blogs, social media, websites, etc.).

- Develop strategies for content distribution and engagement.

- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including automation and segmentation.

- Work closely with other departments (Sales, IT, Design, etc.) to ensure cohesive digital strategies.

- Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
