NeosAlpha - Executive - Business Development/Sales (4-8 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Outreach :
- Actively prospect and engage new leads via multiple channels (Sales Nav/LinkedIn, HubSpot and Lusha).
- Contribute to existing campaigns and propose innovative outreach strategies to expand lead funnel.
2. Pipeline Management and Follow-Up :
- Maintain up-to-date records on all interactions, ensuring timely and relevant follow ups.
- Share tailored resources such as case studies, articles, or product links that match prospect needs.
3. Personalized Outreach Sequences :
- Develop customized outreach strategies based on lead industry, job role, and specific challenges for greater impact.
4. Team Collaboration and Handover :
- Work closely with the Business Development Lead and Technical Consultants to finetune outreach techniques.
- Communicate prospect needs and expectations clearly for seamless handovers to the sales team.
5. Customer Insights Collection :
- Collect feedback from prospects to understand common objections, needs and trends.
- Share insights with the wider team to refine messaging, services or campaigns.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting :
- Provide weekly KPI reports with insights on progress, achievements, and opportunities for process improvement.
7. Continuous Learning and Development :
- Stay informed about trends in APIs, data integration, and key partner platform updates to ensure relevant engagement.
8. Documentation :
- Ensure all communications, updates, and follow-ups are accurately logged in the CRM for efficient tracking.
