Neolacta - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Position: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Country General Manager
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company in the Healthcare space, targeting neonatal healthcare.
Note : Only experienced candidates with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Digital marketing space are eligible to apply. The role will be based out of MG Road, Bangalore.
- NeoLacta Lifesciences is the first company in Asia and India to bring the concept of collecting, processing, and marketing 100% human breast milk products to save the lives of premature & critically ill infants. This concept already exists in the United States for the past 10+ years.
- The processing facility and Head office are situated in Jigani Industrial area Bengaluru.
Candidate Profile : You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- The role requires Conceptualizing, Designing & Effectively managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Handling all official social media handles, also managing end to end responsibility of SEO, SEM & Website optimization.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends to derive insights and optimizes spends for optimal performance.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to optimize user funnel
- This position is both a highly strategic and tactical role that will work closely with various stake holders
Roles:
- Digital marketing manager will work with the Marketing/Sales teams to launch campaigns on time and within budget
- Provide guidance to Digital marketing executive in tactical things
- Liaise with external vendors & agencies to drive business objectives
- Recommend changes to improve operational processes and safeguard advertising, privacy, and integrity.
- Coordinate with design teams on creative assets to maximize performance. Uploading ads to various ad platforms.

Skills & Experience
- Graduation with MBA in marketing or relevant field
- Proven experience working in Digital marketing with innovative startups or Pharma companies for 3-5 years
- Successful experience in driving complete campaign lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills, creative thinker, adaptability & agile
- Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced, specialized, and mission-focused environment.
