Position Overview :
- We're looking for a highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic candidate to work with our young and dynamic Business Development team.
- The SDR will be responsible for generating new business and renewals for NeoDove.
- The SDR should ensure that process KPIs are monitored and adhered to sharing daily reports.
- The role expects candidates to be hands-on in giving software product demos over the web and to lead the team from the front.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for telephone-based lead generation to drive sales ready leads.
- Generate new small and medium enterprise business opportunities by generating outbound leads and interests through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms and tools.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team and Marketing dept. on campaigns to assist with nurturing the existing lead database.
- Build a strategy for a business development action plan. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
- Undertake knowledge management by collecting and collating information available under each vertical. This would also include creating and updating program strategy documents and decks.
- Support the team in coordinating the proposal development process with the internal team.
Skills :
- Good Knowledge and experience in business development, preferably at SaaS start-up.
- Should be Tech Savvy - loves software, tech and is excited to learn about software and various tools etc.
- Sound understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Experience with a CRM solution, Marketing automation systems and experience with various lead vendor technologies.
- Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed graduate school.
