Sr. Paid Marketing Executive
- Core agency experience in executing paid campaigns across. You will work within the core digital marketing team to drive paid search and paid social performance on the Indian market.
Position Summary:
Patel Digital India (NPD India) is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Paid media specialist to join our Paid Media team at our Indian headquarters in Bangalore, KA.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of managing paid search budgets of over INR 60 lacs per month and understands what it takes to compete for some of the most competitive (and expensive)keywords in Google. You should know the ins and outs of Facebook's targeting capabilities and easily identify the best campaign objectives to meet our client's business goals. Equally important to your technical paid search and social chops is your ability to communicate your analysis and recommendations to clients and colleagues alike.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is fun to work with, and can speak confidently on the value of our optimizations and work, and explain complex strategies in an easy to digest manner. Role:
Manage the overall paid marketing campaigns across all available channels - Paid Social and Paid Search.
Responsibilities:
1. Paid Social and Paid Search Performance for the Indian market: You will enhance your area of expertise by owning the Paid Social and Paid Search strategy development, execution, and refinement across all platforms.
2. Forecasting & Budgeting: Provide inputs into the overall performance goals and delivery.
3. Digital Assets Collaboration: Liaising with in-house Creative team to develop compelling creative assets designed to resonate with the campaign target audience.
4. Reporting & Performance: Ensure campaign performance meets/exceeds forecast.
- Analyzing data, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create integrated marketing campaigns, and report on performance.
5. Develop test plans to continually test and refine campaigns.
6. Industry knowledge: Staying up to date with emerging technologies and the evolving digital landscape to identify relevant first-to-market opportunities.
Requirements :
- 2+ years- experience in optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns
- Love data, analytics and surfacing insights - methodical with great attention to detail
- Ability to create compelling ad copies
- Good knowledge of Excel (using formulas, vlookups and PivotTables)
- Test and Learn the mentality
