NeevIQ - Executive - Business Development (0-4 yrs)
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or MBA Marketing or International Business Development Executive 0 to 3+ years in sales industry.
- International Sales and Marketing experience.
- Candidates with US, UK, Ireland, Europe travel experience would be preferred
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be proficient in English (writing & speaking)
- CRM experience is preferred
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience :
Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) Industry is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Market Research & Cold Calling
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Closely work with Sales Manager and prepare sales presentation.
- Attend sales meetings, prepare meeting notes, follow-up with technical team regarding action item.
- Closely monitor all the activities related to key customers, participate in technical meetings, project kick-off meetings
- Should be able to work in US shift
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
