Neev - Business Development Role (3-8 yrs)
Job Description for BDE:
- Achieve Sales Target
- Ensure minimal query on every case Logged in
- Ensure minimal delinquency in the Portfolio and responsible for recovery of overdue case.
- Increase engagement with schools and Institutes via PTMs, regular meetings, annual day etc. Push for Neev logo on their website.
- Responsible for ensuring agreed TAT and to ensure that service related issues are attended to on priority.
- Ensure that physical files & NACH form are sent to OPS team within agreed timeline.
- Attend to inbound leads in various WA groups / IMI Cloud / Neev website
- Push the customers for social media engagement
Job Description for BDM:
- Achieve Sales Target
- Ensure business IRR is met across portfolio / products
- Ensure minimal delinquency in the Portfolio and responsible for recovery of overdue case.
- Ensure maximum Tie Up is done with Schools/Institutes
- Engage DSAs for new business
- Increase engagement with schools and Institutes via PTMs, regular meetings, annual day etc. Push for Neev logo on their website.
- Responsible for ensuring agreed TAT and to ensure that service related issues are attended to on priority.
- Ensure that physical files & NACH form are sent to OPS team within agreed timeline.
- Ensure various MIS related to business - disbursement data, collection data, incentive data are shared with management
- Ensure that the team is answering to inbound leads in various WA groups / IMI Cloud / Neev website
- Push the team for social media engagement
- Engage with internal stake holders for case to case deviation
- Regularly meet with existing Tie up to increase share of wallet / support for collection / improve service.
