Neelkanth Hospital - Telesales Role - IVF (1-2 yrs)
The Telecaller at our IVF Centre will play a critical role in managing and nurturing leads, providing essential information about our fertility treatments, and converting inquiries into appointments and consultations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of the sensitivity surrounding fertility treatments.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Engagement :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in IVF treatments.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about IVF services.
- Build and maintain a compassionate and supportive rapport with clients.
2. Information and Education :
- Provide comprehensive information about the IVF process, treatment options, success rates, and the services offered by the clinic.
- Answer client queries and address concerns regarding IVF treatments, costs, and timelines.
3. Lead Management :
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources such as online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, interaction history, and follow-up actions.
4. Appointment Setting :
- Schedule appointments for potential clients with fertility specialists or counselors.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary pre-appointment information.
5. Sales and Conversion :
- Effectively communicate the benefits of the clinic's IVF treatments to convert inquiries into consultations and treatment cycles.
- Guide clients through the decision-making process, addressing any financial, medical, or personal concerns.
6. Administrative Duties :
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with the clinic's administrative and medical staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
7. Feedback and Improvement :
- Collect and report client feedback to help improve services and client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest developments in IVF treatments and telemarketing strategies.
8. Compliance and Confidentiality :
- Ensure all communications comply with healthcare regulations and clinic policies, maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Uphold ethical standards in all interactions, providing honest and transparent information to clients.
9. Performance Metrics :
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs related to client acquisition, appointments scheduled, and treatment conversions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and client interactions to management.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathy with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications.
