Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Neelkanth infertility & IVF Centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, preferably in the healthcare or fertility sector, and a passion for helping individuals and couples realize their dream of parenthood.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Growth :

- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and establish partnerships with clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers to expand our referral network.

- Explore new markets and opportunities to increase the centre's reach and client base.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and referral sources.

- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.

Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

- Analyze data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.

Promotion and Outreach :

- Represent the IVF centre at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and increase brand visibility.

- Develop and oversee promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting and Strategy :

- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.

- Collaborate with the management team to align business development efforts with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or fertility industry.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
