Responsibilities :
- Identify customers- needs, pain points and identify gaps in our website content and help us create consistent messaging to highlight our products and services
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) & utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content for social media
- Write technical blogs for new technologies adopted & products built by the company on to be published on Linkedin & company website
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of products and services and create eBooks, whitepapers, and other downloadable content
- Brainstorm with the editorial team for new ideas and strategies for effective content
- Conduct periodic check of content quality, online research, generate original content for company/business.products/services
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Review & correct existing User Manuals, Knowledge Base Articles, Technical Documents & Developer Guides
- Conduct sessions with technology team to guide them on writing effective & easy to understand knowledge Base
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
Qualification & skill set :
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Skilled at prioritization and multi- tasking
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines
- Self-motivated and self-directed
