Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential enterprise customers by creating database for reach out strategies via email campaigns and cold calling
- Achieve targets by selling our range of products/solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create results for us
- Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct need analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
- Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
- Research and identify potential enterprise customers by creating database for reach out strategies via email campaigns and cold calling
- Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities
