Nearpay - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad and Kochin! In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving our sales growth and building strong client relationships in the Hyderabad and Kochin.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To generate the leads from cold calling & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations of products/services demonstrations on a daily basis.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client to take the sales pitch to closure.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
- To ensure the following clients on daily bases until close the deal.
Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Innovative vision and foresight to anticipate and create new opportunities that resonate with your customer.
- Knowledge of any local languages Native Malayalam/Telugu and English
- Must be interested in Field Sales.
- Strong Organisational skills and Time Management skills.
Good to have:
- Basics in MS Excel, Google Forms and Google sheets.
- Two-Wheeler Transport.
- Open for Relocation across Pan India (if Required).
Qualification:
- At least having 6 months to 1 year of Field sales experience.
- 12th Graduates minimum
