Customer Service - Team Lead
- Own 2nd level escalations from the team and across customer portals
- Assist and Guide customer service agents in customer query resolution
- Provide constructive feedback and hands on assistance both through direct intervention and mentoring
- Prepare reports on, Monitor and Analyze daily performance metrics
- Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behaviour/discipline issues with prescribed performance management techniques
- Optimize the current process and design new techniques and methods to evaluate and improve the team performance
- Publish regular reports on growth and performance of the team and develop metrics to measure their growth
- Drive customer centricity within the team and cascade best practices to achieve customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Delegate tasks within the team and ensure the completion by stipulated deadlines
- Recognize and Escalate issues faced by the team
