Nearbuy - Executive - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)
About the opportunity :
Location: Gurgaon
Role: Customer Service Executive
Minimum Experience required: 6 months -2 years
Working days: 6 days a week (Rotational off ), 9 hour shift
What will you do as a part of the team ?
The candidate will:
1. Manage incoming calls from customers and respond back to them via emails,chats etc
2. Identify and assess customer's needs
3. Use tools to verify customer information and record reported queries
4. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit to achieve customer satisfaction
5. Follow up to ensure resolution and complete the loop with the customer
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
8. Take the extra mile to engage customers and stay up to date with Nearbuy's promos, incentives, policies and procedures to add value to customer queries
9. Answer product and service related questions, and suggest information about other products and services
10. Work with internal stakeholders to capture and relay customer insights
11. Work towards meeting individual and team key performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior experience in inbound voice process and email, chat is necessary
- Customer orientation and quality focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to resolve conflict and analyze information
- Fluent in speaking both English and Hindi
