Job Title: B2C Sales Manager (US)

Location: WFH

Experience: 6+ years

Working Days : 6 days (Sun will be Off)

Office Timing: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Night shift)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven B2C Sales Manager to support our efforts in the US market within the EdTech sector. The B2C Sales Manager will play a crucial role in managing a team focused on sales, customer support, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C sales, understand the dynamics of the US education market, and possess strong leadership skills to inspire and develop their team.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership and Development :

- Oversee and mentor a team of B2C sales representatives focused on the US market.

- Set clear objectives for the team and conduct regular performance assessments to ensure targets are met.

- Create a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales efforts and maximize customer acquisition.

- Identify new opportunities for growth based on market research and trends in the US education sector.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely responses and support.

- Act as an escalation point for customer issues and work to enhance the customer journey.

- Collect feedback from customers and the team to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions.

- Generate and present weekly and monthly reports on team performance and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with senior management to refine sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally within the EdTech industry.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the US market.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the EdTech industry or knowledge of education-related products.

- Understanding of US education trends and customer needs.

- Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with US time zones when needed.
