Job Description :
- As the International Sales Manager at NCR Eduservices Pvt. Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our global sales strategy. You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals and work closely with our executive team to identify new market opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and exceed sales targets in international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Global Sales Strategy :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and clients.
Market Expansion :
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion possibilities.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and distributor relationships.
Client Engagement :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key international clients and partners.
- Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.
Sales Forecasting :
- Prepare and analyze sales forecasts and reports for international markets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Contract Negotiation :
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize deals.
Sales Growth :
- Drive revenue growth and achieve or exceed sales targets in international markets.
- Implement effective pricing and discounting strategies.
Market Intelligence:
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
Provide regular market analysis reports to the executive team.
Qualifications & details :
1. Any Graduate/Masters
2. Minimum 2 years of successful international sales management experience in Edtech industry/niche.
3. Proven track record of expanding market share and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Working hours will be 4 PM to 1 AM with 5.5 days working.
