Working Days : 6 days (1st, 3rd Sat. & All Sun will be Off)
Office Timing :
- Monday to Friday : 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Drop facility)
- Saturday (2nd, 4th and 5th) : 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (NO drop facility)
Position Overview :
The Business Development Executives/Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's presence in the B2B EdTech markets of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom geographies. With a focus on strategic planning, relationship building, and revenue generation, the ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in business development within the specified regions.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Analysis and Strategy Development :
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges within the B2B sectors of the US, Canada, and the UK.
- Develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and stay ahead of competitors.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services to clients' specific needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation :
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer value.
- Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Market Expansion and Growth Initiatives :
- Explore new avenues for business growth, including new services lines, geographic expansion, or industry diversification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior management, providing insights into market trends, sales performance, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics and CRM tools to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B business development, preferably within the US, Canadian, and UK markets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation techniques, and relationship management strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market dynamics and develop actionable plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
