Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping students make informed decisions about their education.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling : Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and program interests.

Lead Management : Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and chat to provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.

Application Assistance : Assist students in completing application forms, gathering required documents, and ensuring timely submissions.

Conversion & Follow-ups : Convert potential leads into enrollments by addressing queries, overcoming objections, and maintaining regular communication.

CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred).

- Minimum 6 Months of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (Education sector experience preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
