Job Description :

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore. As an IT BDE, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities in the IT sector. Your primary responsibilities will include IT sales, client coordination, and negotiation to drive growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT sector.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

- Collaborate with the technical team to craft IT solutions that meet client needs.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

- Keep abreast of the latest developments in IT solutions and services.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 1-3 years in IT sales, client coordination, and negotiation.

- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Additional Skills (preferred but not not required) :

- Industry-specific certifications or training in IT sales and business development.

- Knowledge of the local IT market in Indore.

- Experience in selling IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, or IT consulting.
