Job Description:
As a Front Office Executive at Navraj Infratech Pvt. Ltd., you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, managing front office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, confident, and possess a pleasant personality to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management:
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward them to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and order.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior management.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries.
- Ensure that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Customer Service:
Address customer or client concerns and ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Assist clients and customers in a friendly and efficient manner to enhance the company's reputation.
Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the office.
- Maintain and update records of visitors and appointments.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate or undergraduate in any stream.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in an office environment).
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
