Navion Electronic - Executive/Manager - Sales (5-15 yrs)
We are looking for Candidates from Electronics Components/Semiconductor Industry Only
The Sales and marketing Manager position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, B2B Sales.
- Developing New Customers.
- Increasing Sales with Existing Customer.
- Visiting and Meeting Customers on regular basis.
- MIS Report (Daily & Weekly).
- Target Oriented
- Follow Up with New and Existing Customers.
- Pre/Post Sales Activities.
- Suggest Customer regarding Replacement & Assisting New Part and provide them Basic Technical Support.
- Generates strong pipeline and converts same into Revenue.
- Strategies Marketing/Planning
- The Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, B2B Sales.
- Identify potential selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Regular follow up with customers on enquiries/ sales orders
- Generate quotes for standard and custom lighting products
- Work with application engineer team to ensure timely completion of customer request
- Provide product pricing and availability information via phone and email to company representatives
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the functions, features and benefits of the company's product offering
- Assists Sales with costing quotes in order to improve profitability requests
- Analyse drawings and documentation in order to determine proper system functionality and costs
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects at any given time
- Maintain effective relationships with Regional Sales Manager in order to streamline the quoting process
- Assist Reps and Outside Sales with solutions on customer application requests
- Serve as a knowledge resource to assist with product specification and substitution
- Maintain open communications with clients regarding the status of quote, and resolutions to any problems that may arise during the completion of transactions
