Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition, awareness, traffic, leads and conversions.
- Experience in Performance Marketing. Handle Acquisition & remarketing via Google(App Marketing & Search), Facebook, Affiliates, Partnerships, Programmatic etc.
- Customer Relationship Management across all the channels(PNs, Email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, In-app widgets) & touch points in the user's lifecycle to increase engagement, cross sell new products & generate incremental revenue.
- First principle framework for LTV maximization while maintaining user engagement & control fatigue. Back all recommendations with data.
- Identify key Content/propositions to reduce churn for various cohorts and minimize it by setting up churn prevention lifecycles as well as win-back campaigns.
- Work with data science, product, engineering & business teams to drive new features & framework implementation.
- Monitor and report campaign performance and key success metrics.
- Maintain and publish dashboards/reports at a channel, cohort, or campaign level.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for templates, creatives, and business approvals.
- Run various A/B experiments to identify the best strategy & recommend overall portfolio optimisation.
Qualifications :
- 4+ years experience across Performance Marketing, Google & Facebook Ad platform, CRM, Mo-engage/Clevertap platforms, MMP, category management or marketing roles with a very good grasp on analytics, customer understanding & content.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of driving growth at scale;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact/ROI; critical thinker with problem solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Marketing, Business, Analytics, Product, Tech etc.
- Adaptability to navigate the evolving marketing landscape and explore new trends and technologies.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (Setting up multi-channel user journeys/ drip campaigns, etc.) is preferred.
