Job Description :
- Monitor and report the daily sales of the assigned Area to ensure that the sales targets are met on time.
- Ensure that all volume targets that are assigned are achieved.
- Increase the distribution set up of the company in the assigned Area to tap the entire market segment.
- Generate and develop client referrals
- Execute the promotional activities of the company
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Carry out market research and surveys. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
- The Candidate must have Good Experience in Handling Distributors, Dealers and Retailer Network
- Ensuring that our products are visible in all the outlets that we service and comply with the visibility norms.
- Ensure that the territory has an optimum number of distributors on a continuous basis and ensure availability of right quantity of stock all the time.
- Prompt communication with the company on competitor activities and suggestions/ recommendations
Qualification:
- Graduate/MBA with at least 3 years of experience in FMCG Segment.
