NAUT - eCommerce Manager (1-4 yrs)
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive growth in online sales and revenue.
- Manage e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc. and optimize the customer experience.
- Conduct analysis on metrics like conversion rates, traffic, sales, and average order value to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Analyze customer reviews and feedback to gain insights into customer needs and opinions. Address any customer concerns.
- Proficient in data analysis, online marketing, search engine optimization, and project management.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and related technologies.
- Track record of driving e-commerce growth and optimizing online conversion rates.
- Strong analytical and communication skills. Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
