We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us grow revenue targets by keeping our company innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of Annual Operating Plan in terms of primary and secondary sales
- Building market strategy to generate higher revenue and locate the gap and opportunity area and getting the plan executed
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
- Managing distributors/ super stockist and collaborating with them to ensure healthy ROI
- Planning with the team to execute channel expansion and new market expansion
- Monitoring merchandising standards, planogram, and product visibility in the market with dominance as per company norms
- Monthly and quarterly forecasting of all major brand and SKU to plan and execute optimum result
- Deep understanding and relationship with A category outlets across Mumbai
- Ensuring daily productivity as per company norms

Technical Skill sets:
- Relationship orientation to manage distributors

- Experience in FMCG industry in general trade/modern trade
