E-Commerce Head
E-Commerce is a key priority and focus area for us. We are looking for an E-Commerce Head to expand our presence and establish RINE BARS as a leading healthy snacking and protein supplement brand in the digital platform.
Key Focus:
- We are currently looking for a strategic thinker and business-oriented lead, who can drive rapid E-Commerce growth
- To lead and drive growth of e-Commerce with a special focus on marketplaces - Flipkart, Amazon, Big Basket and D2C business
- To deliver market share growth ahead of national share for key categories
- Manage the JBP, TOT, Account management, ROI driven marketing, Promotions and Sales growth
Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance
- To develop an annual sales revenue and cost plan and be 100% accountable to deliver on the same
- Building strong relationship with the E-Commerce accounts to deliver plans utilizing the agreed operating resources
- Contribute to firm up E-Commerce strategic business planning and quarterly plans to achieve superior results
- Consider e-retail as a separate business unit and take complete ownership of running it profitably
- Drive day to day optimization and digital revenue responsibilities across categories; analyse weekly and daily performance, provide insights and drive day to day optimization across all platforms
- Identify and create demographic oriented marketing strategies to acquire the target customers
- Work with marketing, merchandising and creative teams in our integrated planning process to deliver a cohesive shopping experience across all touch-points
- Understand our shopper needs and expectations in different geographies and work with creative teams to achieve a balanced, strategic approach to online merchandising localization
- Utilize reporting (conversion, funnel, etc.) data & analytics to improve business performance and inform merchandising strategies to drive growth
- Adjust the site strategy based on the assessment of the competitive landscape (site merchandising strategies of key competitors and best-in-class online retailers) and emerging online trends
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace world
- To work at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed
Desired profile:
- Must have a strong e-retail background
- Must have strong business understanding and number oriented
- Should be research-driven and is always updated with the current trends
- Should have completed MBA from premier institutes
- Should have ownership attitude and entrepreneurial approach
