Overview of the role :
A Brand Strategist with passion for brand building and creating lasting impression among consumers. Improving product sales and market share leading to disproportionate business growth and long-term brand value. This will be an individual contribution role with an exciting opportunity to lead RINE BARS, driving exponential growth plans year-on-year with complete ownership.
Key Responsibilities :
- To develop a coherent marketing strategy for the company, including but not limited to a compelling brand story, positioning, key message, customer proposition, creative and communication elements, basis an understanding of competitive analysis & consumer behaviour
- Digital Campaigns to increase customer base in every part of the marketing funnel
- Development of long-term vision and short, medium & long-term strategy for the brand
- Manage brands profitably, pricing and New Product Development
- Develop and execute advertising and promotion with cost effective media mix to support brand objectives
- Develop business plans for opportunities identified and implementing the Go-To Market Plan
- Identifying new business opportunities handled by meeting consumers regularly and being - aware of need gaps in the market and tapping those areas
- Understand the business via in-depth consumer & category insights, digital & ecommerce landscape & retail understanding
- To be the custodian of the consumer's voice and provide consumer insights through marketing research
- Should always have in-depth understanding of competition and their progresses through regular Market Visits and by means of Syndicated research tools like IMRB panel Data and AC Nielsen Retail Data
- Develop and execute the plans in-line with marketing strategy to hit share growth,funnel metrics and P&L targets (top-line and bottom-line)
- Manage the brand budget and annual planning process (complete ownership)
Key Competencies :
- Past FMCG experience / Strong experience in brand creation and scale-up will be preferred
- Driven by a strong desire to win and making things happen
- Entrepreneurial, be unafraid to try new things, able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks and should have ownership attitude
- MUST be passionate about Technology AND Marketing
- Extremely strong with EXECUTION and ability to OWN + DRIVE
- Detail oriented, plan and materials produced must be meticulously executed
