Designation:- National Trade Marketing Manager Sr Manager (Cadre)

Reports to:- National Sales Head

No of Position:-1

Location:- Mumbai

Industry Preference:- FMCG (Food/Non Food)

Experience Required: 4-6 years prior experience in a reputed FMCG company, preferably in the Home and Personal Care segment

- Preferably should have handled this level of responsibility in previous assignments

- Should have handled General Trade/Modern Trade(preferably both) in the previous assignments

Job Summary: The Key Objective of Trade Marketing Head is to design the trade marketing strategy and execute the same in the trade with the help of the ASMs/RSMs on National Level

CTC: -Depend on Current CTC (Current CTC should be min 20 Lac)

Qualification:- Should be a Graduate with an MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management from a reputed institute. Preferably from a 2007-13 Passout from Premium Institutes.

Job Responsibility:-

- To Develop and execute Trade Marketing Strategy for the brands Nationally

- Conceptualizing and formulating trade marketing calendar as per business strategy

- Drive width and depth for existing, New and focus Products through Field team and Distributors

- Manage Customer Relationships: Develop and manage external suppliers, Vendor and partners to drive Trade program efficacy.

- Designing Trade Promotion Programs for Retailers

- Driving share of shelf with Retailers and Merchandisers

- Building Retailer Relationship and Driving initiatives

- Shopper Activation: Instore Promotion and Activation

- Design and Execution of the Wholesale loyalty program

Functional Skills Required :

- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Sound knowledge of Sales processes

- Merchandising Skills both paid and unpaid visibility

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Presentation Skills

- Qualitative and Quantitative Problem Solving Skills
