National Service Manager - Medical Device (15-20 yrs)
1) Customer support to customer round the clock for escalation, biz, to act as PCH
2) Month on month plan achievement, collections, bottom line, team development, grooming, development
3) Installations, user training, attending BD, PM compliance of product line, principal communication
4) Achieving service revenue in terms of contract sales, spares/ pm kit sales, consumables sale, active participation in demos in product segment being handled
5) Responsible for customer satisfaction,
6) Warranty claim processing, follow up on demo parts,reconditioning, in house service,inventory management
7) AR collections
8) compliance to reporting, discipline, CRM
9) Team support, On field training to team, team mentoring and motivations
