National Sales Manager - Seals Business Unit (8-13 yrs)
Candidate should have good exposure:-
1. Responsible for product selling to OEM's across various businesses namely Oil & gas related customers, Automotive, Industrial & Aerospace.
2. Experience in handling Industrial distributor and developing new network in current or previous assignments.
Candidate should have knowledge and experience:
1. Promoting engineered components in Oil & gas market; within Oil & Gas market candidate should have in depth market knowledge gained by working in various projects in petrochemical, Refinery, Fertilizers, Chemical, Pharma and O&G midstream area.
2. Exposure to International Standards like API, DIN, ISO, ASM etc.
3. Should have dealt with products like Polymer based seals (PTFE, PEEK,), Mechanical seals, Instrumentation, valves; hi end Elastomer seals & O-ring (FKM, FFKM) pistons and slurry pumps.
4. Experience developing key accounts within Oil & Gas, Industrial sectors covering geographical regions west and South.
Roles: -
1. Proven abilities in RFQ generation, customer mapping, product portfolio, product release, business Enhancement, profitability maintenance.
2. Experience in collection and collate market information. Market intelligence activated to identify and fill the product gaps
3. Opportunity track and market communication, in-line with global business units
4. Manage product pricing, Defining pricing policy, monitoring bottom-line; Responsible for New part revenues
5. Responsible for Strategic account customers; Identify and win rate contracts with key institution customers
