National Sales Manager - Retail (12-18 yrs)
- Drive sales & retail operations in assigned market territory
- Dealer Sales and Modern Trading.
- Responsible for identifying new market, dealers opportunities to explore the possibilities of expanding the channel by appointing maximum dealers in consultation with immediate superior.
- Meet sales targets and ensure follow up on business leads and referrals.
- Contributes to team success by delivering assigned team targets.
- Monitoring Distributors & retailers performance and responsible for achievement of Primary & Secondary targets.
- Responsible for timely payment clearance from Distributors & Dealers against daily supplied order.
- Resolving Distributors & retailer's grievances with proper communication and personal interaction.
- Build up cemented relationship with Distributors & Retailers.
- Handling customer grievances.
- Check out product stock availability.
- Determine the Sales Strategy, competitor analysis.
- Plan & execute promotional activities for enhancing business opportunities.
- Responsible for goal setting, performance review for maintenance team.
- Training & development of the team
