No of position : 2 (Cardio - Diabetic and General speciality)
Educational Qualification : Science / Pharmacy Graduate + MBA Prefered
Experience : 12+ years
Job Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve the top-line, middle line and bottom line targets within the prescribed budgets.
- Prepare SBU Marketing strategy into Sales Strategy with Geographic situations.
- Plan and process development and implementation preparedness across the sales force.
- Design programs to get target prescription share
- Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Conceptualize & implement novel sales promotional and launching activities as a part of brand building & market development.
- Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Develop and appoint new business partners to expand product reach .
- Resolve all conflicts among regions & territories relating to customers, policies, processes, discounts, favoritism, imbalances & complaints.
- Monitor, recruit, train & motivate the manpower & ensure quality services in the market.
